Privacy

We are committed to strict confidentiality regarding information brought to our attention during our assignment. Documents are kept secure.

Candidate Privacy

We share no information about a candidate without the candidate’s own permission.

Candidate Treatment

The way we respond to candidates directly affect our clients’ reputation. All candidates should therefore feel professionally treated. We do not disclose test results regarding personality or ability in writing, because this could damage the candidate in a future context.

Off Limit

We refrain from searching for candidates within the enterprises we work closely with.
